RIPPER 415 & SPEED 425 STRING

im new to crossbow hunting, had an issue with my ripper 415 which was my own doing . I called customer service and explained my issue (my fault mind you) they send me a new part free and were very professional.im totally impressed with this company ,

String came in a timely fashion and was easy to replace, I took it to my local bow shop and they replaced it in 10 minutes still has the same speed and accuracy as the first sting to so . Hands down would buy again
